TigerTote Rentals — Rental Terms

1. Rental Period, Drop-Off & Pickup

The standard rental period is one week. TigerTote Rentals will drop off rental equipment by 7:30 PM Central Time the day before the rental period begins, allowing the customer to begin packing.

All totes, lids, dollies, and other rental equipment must be empty and ready for pickup by 7:30 PM Central Time on the final rental day. Additional rental weeks may be purchased before the scheduled pickup date, subject to availability.

2. Drop-Off & Pickup

TigerTote Rentals provides scheduled drop-off and pickup in Columbia, Missouri. Porch drop-off and pickup are available when arranged with the customer. The customer is responsible for ensuring all rental equipment is accessible at the scheduled pickup time.

3. Cleaning

Totes must be returned empty and reasonably clean. Excessive dirt, liquids, chemicals, paint, food residue, strong odors, or other materials requiring additional cleaning may result in a cleaning fee.

4. Lost or Damaged Equipment

The customer will be charged a replacement fee for rental equipment that is lost, missing, or damaged beyond normal wear and tear:

  • 27-gallon tote: $19.99 each

  • Dolly: $35.00 each

5. Customer Responsibility

The customer is responsible for all rental equipment from the time it is delivered until it is successfully returned to TigerTote Rentals. Equipment should be kept in a secure location and protected from theft, misuse, and avoidable damage.

6. Late Returns

All rental equipment must be ready for pickup by 7:30 PM Central Time on the scheduled final rental day. If additional time is needed, an additional rental week should be purchased before the scheduled pickup date. Additional charges may apply if equipment is not available for pickup as scheduled.

7. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled drop-off date. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled drop-off may be non-refundable.

8. Porch Pickup

Once the rental period is complete, all totes must be completely empty. For porch pickup, all totes, lids, dollies, and other rented equipment must be placed in the agreed pickup location and be easily accessible by 7:30 PM Central Time.
